Our drive to improve students’ knowledge about how their lessons can lead to different careers and job opportunities continued with our Languages department sharing how learning a language could be of benefit in the job market. This included careers not just directly related to the subject, such as translation services, interpretation, teaching and international travel and tourism services but also jobs that might involve the skills used in languages such as business management, journalism, the armed forces and politics.
