Getting to Work with National Careers Week

We embraced National Careers Week with The North-East Collaborative Outreach Programme running university workshops for Year 9 students to raise aspirations and support decision-making for the future.  In Personal Development pupils learned about career pathways linked to specific subjects and staff shared their own personal journeys to their careers.
 
We also hosted a Business Breakfast with a range of business leaders including Barclays, Stagecoach and The Ministry of Justice who joined us to forge links with our staff Careers Champions.
