Participants in our ‘Future Apprentices’ programme continue to challenge themselves as they build their skills. The initiative will continue throughout this term as students who have been selected to take part gain sills, create an apprentice character about themselves, gain enhanced listening and learning skills and grow to understand what employers want. Recently our students took part in an indoor climbing activity where they learnt to work as a team, helped keep each other safe and solved the problem of scaling the artificial  rock face together.
