Aspiring Authors Get Published!
Miss Bartram’s Year 8 pupils took part in a ‘Young Writers’ competition composing a 100 word mini saga around the theme ‘hunted’. We are delighted to hear that 16 Southmoor students had their short stories selected to feature in the published collection of chosen entries from across the country! Mr Garrett congratulated the winning students and wished them luck in the final part of the competition where the overall winning school and students can receive cash prizes. Watch this space!
