Last Monday, a group of Year 9 French students had the opportunity to go to Cardinal Hume school and experience a French language roadshow. Students took part in a range of activities learning about the 2024 Paris Olympics and Paralympics including various Olympic sports and interesting facts about them and French competitors. They also discovered interesting facts about Notre Dame and got to experience the cathedral through Virtual Reality headsets. We even met the French Ambassador who spoke to our students and they addressed her correctly as Madame l’Ambassadrice! A magnifique time was had by all!
