We welcomed an educational theatre group into school to deliver drama presentation to all Year 8 students about the huge world of Careers in the NHS. This enthusiastic, lively presentation introduced students to the range of pathways that are available at post-16 and post-18, including A levels, Apprenticeships, BTEC qualifications and the new T Levels. It also provided an opportunity for students to explore a range of careers available in the NHS. One of the main messages is that it is never too early to think about possible career pathways and that students need to make appropriate choices at various points over the next few weeks and that those choices will have an impact on their possible final career.
