State of the City Debate

Eight members of the Student Council attended the annual ‘Young Person’s State of the City’ debate at the City Council Chambers. The event debated topics including End Knife Crime, Equal Pay/Equal Opportunities, A Curriculum To Prepare Us For Life and More Support For Homeless Young People but the topic scoring the most votes from students in attendance was ‘Mental Health’.
