All Aboard the Zen Bus
Last week we got a flavour of americana with the arrival of the Zen bus on our school yard. The Zen Project & Wates Group present is a morning of guided Zen Sessions, focusing on helping to lower stress and anxiety levels, improve focus and increase resilience involving a mixture of guided meditation & visualisation, breathwork and sound experiences. All delivered from a converted American school bus! Our students got the chance to try out Gentle breathing techniques for stress, anxiety & to help concentration as well as guided meditation to promote creativity, relaxation & to help focus.
