Before Christmas, Language students from Years 10 to 13 took a festive trip to the German capital of Berlin where they had the opportunity to visit the Berlin Wall, the Reichstag (German Parliament), the Brandenburg Gate, the Holocaust Memorial, Checkpoint Charlie, as well as the DDR museum to see what life was like in the former East Berlin. The highlight of the trip were the many world-famous Christmas markets across the city.  A fantastic time was had by all and staff were very impressed by how much German language the students used throughout their visit.
