Year 10 Work Experience

We have nearly 170 students in Year 10 students going out into the world of work next week as part of the return of our Work Experience placement programme, which has been on hold for over two years due to the pandemic. Students are spending the week with a wide range of employers across the local area and beyond. Students are working in a variety of sectors including manufacturing, education, administration, healthcare, construction and many more. We look forward to hearing about their experiences when they return to school after their placements. For more information on our Work Experience programme, please visit our dedicated webpage.

Other students are remaining in school, where they will take part in several careers related activities, with employers such as British Army, SETA, Foundation of Light, Apprenticeship Service and Red Sky Foundation, in addition to sessions led by our own teaching staff.
