Our Silver Duke of Edinburgh students had an amazing time out on their recent practice walks around West Rainton, Sherburn and Pittington! The day was all about building confidence in navigation, with students putting their map-reading and route-planning skills into action across a range of local landscapes.
It was fantastic to see such enthusiasm, teamwork and determination throughout. Every step is bringing them closer to their assessed expedition—and they are already showing the resilience and independence that makes the DofE experience so rewarding!
