Our staff are perhaps the most important part of our school, they are at the front line in our quest for better achievement and aspiration across Southmoor Academy.
To this end, we are constantly making sure that our teachers are well equipped to deliver the best education for our students we possibly can, with regular staff training sessions and internal observations. We also ensure that the support for our teachers is there, with an excellent and dedicated team of specialist and non- teaching staff across the academy poised to provide the important help and assistance to keep Southmoor Academy running smoothly.
