Scrumming Up in Sheffield

The Year 9 and 10 boys’ rugby teams travelled to Sheffield Hallam University on Tuesday to represent Newcastle Falcons in the Gallagher Project Rugby Sevens competition. They competed against teams from across the country representing their local professional clubs. They played brilliantly with Southmoor A winning four out of five games to finish joint top of the league! Southmoor B won two out of five games finishing third. Well done to all the boys who played their games with great passion and enthusiasm and really embraced the spirit of rugby!
