Three of our wonderful linguists submitted beautiful written work as part of the North East ‘Mother tongue, other tongue’ competition last term. Their work was well received and as a result our students have been asked to record their poems which will be published in a spoken anthology of work. Mia and Kaylee have produced work in German and Isabella produced work written in Old Norse. All three students have received a certificate for their wonderful work and we are extremely impressed with all the effort they put into writing these wonderful pieces!
