As part of our ongoing enrichment project with Durham Wildlife Trust, a group of our Green Guardians were invited to visit the nature reserve at Rainton Meadows. During the visit students had the opportunity to take part in some bird watching and pond dipping, and to learn more about the work of Durham Wildlife Trust and the nature reserves. Students also took part in some workshops to explore the types of extra-curricular activities that they get involved in. This opportunity is part of our ongoing enrichment project with Durham Wildlife Trust, in conjunction with DofE and NCS.
