Preparations are underway to provide a new area for our students to support Health and Fitness in an after school setting. The HIIT Zone will soon be open to all year groups with the help of funding from RISE. This new area will provide equipment for supervised HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) activities such as kettlebells, tire flips, battle ropes and much more. We are very excited about the ongoing changes we are making to our outdoor fitness facility, and we are almost ready to begin using it! The area has undergone huge transformations and will soon be full of equipment and ready to go!

Who gets this cookie: When a hidden URL defined by the site admin is visited, this cookie is set to verify the user can access the site from a country restricted through country blocking.
