Our Jamie Oliver Cookery Masterclasses has been going strong every Monday night since last month. Each small group of students have been having a great time learning basic cooking skills, experimenting with new ingredients as well as new recipes for nutritous and, above all, delicous meals. Pupils have been cooking up such dishes as fish cakes, chilli, chicken fajitas, home-made burgers, chickpea curry and more! Our students having given some very positive feedback and we hope the dishes they have learnt to create will keep them and their loved ones well fed for many years to come!
