We were incredibly proud of a small group of our students who confidently and eloquently shared their views on the BBC Radio 4 Today programme, contributing to national discussions around a potential social media ban for under-16s.
Our students spoke with maturity, insight and clarity, offering well-considered opinions and thoughtful ideas on an issue that directly affects young people. It was fantastic to hear their voices broadcast across the country, representing our school with confidence and integrity.
Their participation highlighted not only their strong communication skills, but also their ability to engage critically with current issues and contribute meaningfully to public debate and we had some very positive feedback from the programmes producers about their contribution.
