This year’s OxNet North East Project launched this week at the historic venue of St Peter’s Church in Sunderland. Students from 12 schools were represented, spanning as far north as Newcastle, all the way down to Guisborough. Representatives from Oxford and Durham Universities introduced staff, students and their parents to the OxNet Programme and The Ordered Universe Research Project. There were testimonies from students who completed the course last year as well as academic taster sessions in Humanities and Science.
