Year 10 students were introduced to the Scholars programme – now in its 4th year! Scholars is a one-year academic programme designed to stretch students beyond the curriculum, and open their eyes to subject areas they have never heard of. During the launch, students found out more bout the year ahead, full of guest lectures, exclusive trips and an independent project on a topic of personal interest. The deadline for students to submit their application at Southmoor is Friday 1st October. Application forms should be handed in to Miss Ungley in the Sixth Form Orange Room.
