Attendoughnuts Awarded!

Our first awards for the Attendoughnuts attendance incentive were issued last week. Each form class has a chance to win doughnuts for their group by being in school every day. The more who attend, the better chance a group has at clinching the top prize in their year group.

Our first round of prizes was hotly contested! There was only one day’s difference between Mr Carney’s winning form and Miss Trotter and Mr Summers form in Year 11, There was 2 days’ difference between Miss Gelson’s form and the runners-up of Miss Dodds and Mrs Soler’s in Year 10. Miss Chester’s form class comfortably won as they were six days ahead of Miss Lunn’s form for Year 9. Miss Thursby’s form was only one day ahead of Miss Duffy, Mr Temple and Mrs Brown’s forms for Year 8. Miss Bainbridge’s form must have really wanted to win the doughnuts because they were a whopping nine days ahead of the next best form which was Miss Maddison’s group. Well done to everyone who got themselves into school on time and ready to learn these last two weeks. The next round of prizes will be in another two weeks.

Our ever-popular Attendance Allstars incentive will also be returning to reward pupils for being in school everyday very soon, so watch this space!
