Every week your principal, Mr. Garrett, receives nominations for pupils who have gone above and beyond in their time here at school. Mr. Garrett then chooses from this shortlist a group of pupils he feels are deserving of a special ‘Principal’s Award.’
• Winning pupils will have their photograph taken with the Principal and will be awarded a prize of a Principal’s Award pen, a certificate and potentially glassware for exceptional winners.
• Letters will be sent home to congratulate the winners, along with a copy of the photograph and the certificate.
• Nominees who did not win will also be sent a letter commending them for their effort.
• Placards for winners will be added to the Principals Award Tree in Main Reception.
You too can now nominate a friend or someone you feel is deserving of an award! Simply fill in the form below with your details; the pupil you would like to nominate and the reason why you are nominating them.
Please make sure your nomination is for something special and school related, eg: ‘For providing significant additional peer support to a Year 8 pupil who was being bullied.’
Do not use this form for something that is not considered out of the ordinary, serious eg: ‘Handing in homework on time.’
